Day 26 - Accidental [Voice]

[When he returned, a certain young demon overlord would seem almost unrecognisable at first. One such indicator was the lack of his trademark headphones. They’re still back in his apartment, previously dropped during that kidnapping last year. He’s also seemingly unaware of his now blue wings, like he used to have when he first arrived in Luceti a few years ago.

However, his behaviour was...odd, almost like a New Feathers, and his journal picked up on it without his notice.]

Brother? Where are you, my brother?

[His accent sounded old and unfamiliar. It’s unsurprising, since it’s from the time before the shattering of languages.

But he’s still lost and worried. It’s not like him to get lost so easily, when he was following his brother very closely.]

...Is this a test from the Lord? Or did a demon lead me astray?

[It’s a few of the assumptions Abel the Shepherd have in mind. They’re the most logical reasons he can think of at the moment. One of his wings twitches, and he glance at it with a curious yet baffled look.]

If so...why do I have wings? I am not an angel.

[He was surprised when he first saw them. How? Why? He can ask all the questions on his mind, but Abel wouldn’t know how to approach this. That may be why he's speaking his thoughts out loud.]

...My Lord?

[Can God hear his words? Of course He can, but will He send him a message?]

(OOC: So Kouki now thinks he's Abel. As in the Bible Abel. Memories wise, the murder haven't "happen" to him yet. Will last for about a week.)

[Another person used that name for him. Such a strange sounding name. He stares down at the strange object, blinking at the moving image.]

Are you saying you don't remember..?

But that is not my name.

[For as long as he live, his name is always Abel. He blinks, slightly tilting his head.]

Yeah, remember! [ She's getting more unsure with the moment here though, it shows in her expression. ]

You told me your name yourself, after all..

[He shake his head.]

I am sorry, but this is the first I see and hear of you.

[He couldn't have met her before, right?]

The first-- b.. but it's me. Madoka, Madoka Kaname.. we went to look for that sheep together, remember? [ she's starting to look more and more distressed every moment.. ]

A pet--Sheep?

[That got his attention, and it brings something else to his mind. Oh no...!]

Is there a way for me to return? I can not leave my sheep alone.

A.. ah, sorry, there isn't! But your sheep will be fine until you go home, I promise! So.. please don't worry about it.

Are you certain? I am the shepherd, none of my siblings can do this.

[It is his role, and being held back from it is just...wrong.]

[ All of this is just.. so weird.. she has no idea what's going on with him, really. ]

Yes, I'm sure! If your sheep aren't alright when you go back, then.. um.. you can blame me, okay?

[ Yeah, but she will be god. ]

W.. well, it isn't your fault either, right? You couldn't help that you ended up here, so it'd be unfair if you were blamed too..

That is up to my father and the Lord.

[ meduka is a kind god though!! she will end all suffering!! ]

Y.. you don't know him personally, do you?

[Pause. How would he answer this.]

His holy messengers would speak with me.

[He never talk with God in person, yet. he cannot comprehend it he haven't die yet well he did but bah]

H-holy messengers?! [ okay, now this is surprising.. ] I didn't know he had holy messengers that actually spoke with people! I.. I mean, I've never heard of that before!

Do you not know of His holy messengers, the angels? [They usually visit him since he's...kinda the favoured son over Cain.]

No, I've heard of them! But.. it's not like I've ever really met them, or.. anyone else I know.. it's something you only hear about in stories, usually.

The angels are real. They only appear if they have something to say.

[Usually.]

.. And that 'something to say' would be.. a message from God, probably, right?

That is correct.

[Like that time God want offerings from him and Cain.]

I guess they must not have much to say to me then, since I've never seen any..
